Dont worry Rick, your product and customer service speaks for itself, no BS talking behind it. Id just compare your pedestals to theirs, and theres your answer.
amen to that!

Well, right off the top of my head I can think of blackdirtymax and dieselson. I don't have a problem with you telling Dan how it is, but I don't like name calling and insults. It is completely uncalled for and not allowed on this forum. We let you get away with a lot, but that is where we draw the line. I can tell you on just about any other website, this thread would have been locked down a long time ago and likely deleted or "cleaned up". Sounds to me like you need to spend more time working on your truck and less time bitching about PPE's dual CP3 kit. You can blame the kit and Dan all you want, but once it's all said and done, it's pretty much impossible for someone to work on a truck from several thousand miles away and fix it. There are only so many things that will make a belt get thrown. I'm just going to say that you either don't know how to tell what it is, or you aren't trying very hard to figure it out. Now don't get all butt hurt and start calling me names. Whatever...
Think what you want... I got the customers mixed up, it happens! Sorry for the trouble. The boxes have the same part number on our price sheet but interally/functionality they are different. Why would I say we tested in on the shop truck (which is a LBZ) when he has a LB7????? Then Why would I tell him I tried it on my personal Truck (LB7) (read my other post were we were talling about slips truck) Becuase I mixed him up with Andrew!! Think what you want or read the facts as you want but this is 100% the TRUTH!!!! Again sorry for the mix up!
So how do you think the PPE kit is making your belt get thrown and/or shredded? I think installer error is a perfectly plausible diagnosis, but obviously you would disagree because that means you are wrong. You either have something out of align, a tensioner not holding proper tension, or a worn/damaged pulley. It isn't that complicated.and actually josh... blackdirtymax came in here running off at the mouth about installer error this and that. he brought it upon himself. i never said anything to dieselson. but keep on being mr super moderator if that makes you sleep better at night.

If doing what Pat and Kat asked me to do makes you think I'm "being mr super moderator", so be it. What's your excuse?

Ok, let me say I completely understand you being frustrated and upset and need to vent a little. I'm cool with that, but where I draw the line (because that's what the rules of this forum say) is name calling and insults. That is the ONLY thing I have had an issue with. You stop doing that, and you can say whatever you want for all I care.i think the actual bracket is f'ed up. ive got a brand new oem tensioner, new oem idlers and shimmed the pump per ppe technical advice. i dont know why, thats why i called dan last year. the truck was down most of the winter and been down for the last 3 months due to turbo swapping. when i called him i told him everything that i had done and he had nothing to say except i was pretty much an idiot. i dont claim to be the sharpest crayon in the box, but when ive done everything that was instucted to me and it still happens, and then im told pretty much, go get bent, how would you feel. and travis helped me install it also, so are you saying he doesnt know what hes doing either??
and i dont have an excuse, im being a dick on purpose. i got treated like shit when i tryed to solve the problem the "right" way and so i really dont care what he thinks or you think, or anybody else thinks for that matter. im going to say what i want and if you dont like it then i guess you can delete it or kick me off or whatever you want to do. doesnt make 2 shits to me.
I didn't say you did say anything rude to blackdirtymax or dieselson, at least that wasn't what I intended to say. You asked who was being dogpiled on, and I named the two names I remember who got attacked by saying something in PPE's defense. I thought you were the one who said you were driving around with a 3 rib belt. If I got it wrong, I apologize. As for the thread being started in your name, that is more to do with the way the software works. You started Coker's thread off topic, so it was the first one to go into this new thread. If you don't like it, tough. That's what happens when someone's thread gets shit all over. Coker posted that he wanted his thread back on topic, and I didn't see that happening if all of this was left in it. Once again, if you don't like it, tough.Dude wtf are you talking about? I said nothing rude to blackdirtymax or diesel son!?!? How am I but hurt? I did think you had some common since but I guess not...this thread is all about how shitty the duel fuelers are and if you think that I don't have this straightened out by now without dans help your as dumb as he is. Your the one who changed this thread around and put it in my name maybe you should have been the super mod you are and closed the last thread and been done with it. That's all you bro.
I agree completely. One of the things I like about this forum is that you can say what you want about a product or company. Pretty much the only rule on here is you cannot make personal attacks or call names. That is the ONLY thing I have said anything about.and furthermore, i think people have the right to know about products, good and bad.
well since this thread has general bitching in it i figure i might as well.... hey can can explain why your ppe turbo pedestals dont fit worth a shit either? maybe you should walk out there in your shop where all these quality parts are being manufactured and tell the monkey thats boxing up the turbo pedestals to throw in about a 24" alignment tool in the box also. it will make installs much easier! or maybe you should call up garretts engineer team and tell them they need to work on making them fit to block a little better.
X2 Ricks stuff is top notch for sureIt's well worth the money! I bought a few things from rick and all fit perfect :thumb:
Your a true piece of crap! Such a hypocrite!
