Myth busters:D

Check it out! its all about chilln beer:cool:

i remember that episode.

But I dont know how much more you could ask for. I dont know what the trucks are running but here is the setup on our tractor.

Icebox holding 50lbs of ice and water
Two 1260 Gallon Per Hour Aquatiger Pumps
Frozen Boost Type 12 CAC with two additional water ports added opposite of the original ones (for dual in dual out)
All plumbed with inch line.

Now this setup on other tractors is melting at least 40lbs of ice in 10-15 seconds and they are running precision intercoolers with cores that are half as thick and 6 times the cost. Not sure how much the salt would help, but it would be interesting to see the results.

But lets be honest. Is a DMax did it and won, the Cummins folk would outlaw salt in the Intercooler water.

Not sure what size tractor that is, but thats not very much ice hes melting. Some of the 3.0 guys have told me they melt 200lbs of ice each pass.

It's on pro farms. 2.75" charges. The ice boxes ive seen on some light supers and super farms won't hold anymore than 60lbs.

You also gotta remember were talking apples and oranges rob. Those 3.0 guys probably melt half of the ice when they take their hour to spool up.

The cores these tractors are running are little. Like 4x12x12

Yeah, i did not know what size was on them, most guys dont have them on on spool up though, it makes it a lot harder to light the charger. Both of mine will be on a switch.

I know, it was just a joke rob, you know like haha:hug: it was referring to NFMS

Ours are on switches, were told we can have them both on, on the line with no issues due to the large cubic inches and small charger, but they will both be wired seperately. we may run one during spool up and have the other one switched by the throttle at a set spot or we could wire it into our boost switch for the water injection.

Well heres my new off season sled pulling mod. Gonna probably end up spending all the time on this and never get my truck done. Difference is somebody elses checkbook versus mine, and I still get to have the fun. Were building it as a 640 Hot Farm/Pro Farm from the ground up. Hoping to have it up and running good for the first hook

Late to the party I know but man am I ever disapointed in you, I figured you'd build a Fendt Hot Farm tractor, and call it "Get Fendt" oh well...

Oh i gotcha. I thought about running a pressure switch, but ive had a lot of problems with them in the past when running n20.

You know me all too well. I think id simply call it the Vario, simply the best, or everything else sucks, or Fendt is the best, or John Deere and CNH can blow me. Haha.

But unfortuneatley im not rich enough to build a Heavy super stock, nor am I rich enough t o figure out how to build a MAN or Duetz engine to be competitive in the classes that require the engines to be brand specific.

But when i win the lottery in addition to a DMax pulling truck I will have two Fendt pullers.

A HSS Open Alky named black beauty and painted black of course

And a Hss Diesel painted Fir Green and named one of the above names.

heres the one we have. Havent used it yet so we will see how it works.
