Do the Duratracs really hook that much better then the STS's?

I heard from my brothers cousin that they are the new betterer tire :joker: :D
Wonder if Vegas has odds on what will be the next betterer pulling tire, better yet odds on what a 2.6 charger will be in 2 years :roflmao:

On edit: Tony it looks sick :thumb:

You didn't hear the new rumor? They're going to drop 2.6 and make it a naturally aspirated class:roflmao:

I would imagine on a loose track, i wanted to go duratracs, but opted not too, are tracks are usually so hard around here, i think it would be hard to beat the amount of sharp edges that bfgs/sts's have. Ill be interested to see how they compare this year.

I'm not sure if they hook harder or not, but I know Gillfillan used them last year on Kuselik's old 2.8 truck and it ran VERY good. However, it also pitched a couple of rear end parts as well. I still tend to think they are on the more aggressive side and don't like that they don't have the edge to them like an STS. Then again all the trucks that run them kick my @ss.:spit:

Anxious to see how the driveline holds up running them this year with a few more people trying them.
