I hear ya in wanting more protection, I've been second guessing my build the whole time thinking if it's enough....

Did you do 14mm studs or the standart 12mm?

I am seriously thinking about mating a gt4202 cover and 75mm billet wheel to my gt45 for quick spooling and one sick 75mm turbo. Any thoughts on who can help?

isnt the 45 an 80 mm comp wheel? if so the backing plate will be different also.

That sounds right but I am not sure

I know of a really high flowing wheel but they take some time to get done and are a bit spendy.

I would have the complete assembly balanced.

Got my turbo back from turbos direct.
I had a billet wheel installed.
Also got the exhaust housing ceramic coated.
Build was put on hold because life got in the way
