Nate seems to have a lot of anger issues also. Always see him wanting to fight people on buy and sell groups. People think transfer cases are difficult. Not much to them and parts are cheap.

Yeah seen that... We just had a couple local guys get killed in a mulitple vehicle wreck.. Now he is born again Christian.. Time will tell if it's legit or going through the motions

And yeah tcases are stupid simple

Well leak is blatantly obvious now... Rear output shaft is leaking... Bushing might be shot as well.. No one has the output shaft seal in stock.... The bushing might be causing my vibrations at 68+mph. Allowing the slip yoke to move around..
So ordering #21/22 tomorrow..

Appearance design #2 isn't and upgrade it's the wrong part and for '11 newer... Ever digging.. So first design swap that out..
Got the worn out slip yoke bushing replaced.. Really needed a camshaft bearing installed type tool.. And a press... But had to settle for drift punch hammer then fix any high spots with finev1/2 round file....PITA!!!!
Slip yoke is substantially tighter the before...OEM bearing the oil Grove was 90% gone...and really no way to get oil in there... Could been contributing reason for vibrations above 65mph.
Input shaft doesn't fit inside the carrier either..

Hopefully fixes my vibrations at coasting throttle @70. Yellow circle has a dent in the shaft.. 4.56 increased DS speed by almost 20%. To ~3800rpm @70mph
Think that is what wiped out my tcase tailshaft slip yoke bearing (had to replace it) and allowed oil out, killing the Tcase...

Did you try balancing the shaft?

Haven't yet

They are open M-F 8-6 it was cheaper to buy whole new shaft vs having the truck down a day in the middle of the week..
I was doing busy work around Columbus Ohio today
. had a break during lunch, pulled it out measured it put it back in 1630 they called said it'd be ready by 1730 paint would be wet though.. Plus idk is the slip yoke got damaged (shouldn't be) when the bearing went.. Definitely has bearing material embedded in the yoke...
Cost $535.00

Well something is right.. im grossing 26k and dropping to 4th gear to climb 5% grade.. normally i am able to run cruise control in 5th at 65..
Fresh fuel filters, lift pump is working, rail is +/-245psi of commanded
All guages read normal. Except i can't run a grade at normal speed.

Hopefully i get everything off and home before something happens :(

You should start leaving half the bolts out whenever you swap engines. Would save time down the road.......

Bad boost leak? Bad exhaust leak? Dirty maf?

I hope you didn't trash another engine...... This thread is so depressing. Lol
