That's not necessarily true. I saw a certain member who's name shall not be mentioned run a 12.1 on stock injectors. This was at rmr raceway which is 4400'. Full weight ccsb. But........he had dual fuelers.
I have also ran a 12.1 with stock injectors at a track that was at 3000' of elevation, and that was with a single stock CP3. The difference is I was running twin turbos and a lot more than 2600 uS pulse width. I never said you can't run 12.1 with stock injectors. I said you can't make that much power with stock injectors and 2600 pulse without doing something stupid with fuel pressure.

What elevation track are you at? I'm sick of people telling me where my truck "should be at" or "isn't". I made 515 on my stock trans not sure on the pulse, 550 on a 2600 us pulse, and 596 with a 2950 pulse, all on different dyno sessions. Have you ever ran at RMR?
Do you actually want 550 hp, or do you just want to be able to tell people you have 550 hp?

That's the thing. Alot of variables play into the race track. Track prep, truck setup, da, all kinds of fun stuff. R your time slips with the 72 on there? I missed if u mentioned it before.

Yes they're all with the 72, the dyno runs as well except for the stock trans one. And RMR track prep sucks ;) we all agree there right?

So your saying this guy ran a 12.1 on a 2600us tune?? Josh is talking about running a 2600us tune, I'm sure he wasn't on any 2600us tune with 24* timing when he ran a 12.1.....

He said you can't make over 550hp on stock sticks. To run a 12.1 @ 111 weighing 7000+ you need more than 550hp. I was just saying never say never. The truck had dual fuelers and 483 billet over 366. Stock injectors though.

I understood josh wrong.

I'm confused, but what's new. Reason why is, on an LBZ, 550whp CAN be made on the stock turbo and injectors...while its more common or typical to see 510-530whp, 550 can and has been done, it's not impossible

I understood josh wrong. He meant you can't make 550 on a 2600 us tune with stock injectors. I thought he was saying you couldn't make 550 on stock injectors in general.

Wtf is all these number? And who the hell cares. 510-530 blah blah blah. Go to the track, and run it, see what your trap is. That will tell you what power is possible and what your certain truck is makin or has in it.

Find a stock injector, stock fuel everything. With athe stock turbo thats made over 550hp and has the trap speed to reflect. Everyone and these dam hp numbers need to really catch on. Hell my truck makes 700+ just cause i feel it does today:roflmao:

All he said was that you can make more than 550hp w/ stock sticks. That's a fact. Joshs stance is you can't do that w/ only 2600us tune, which I can't atest to but believe him.

Sheesh.

Josh never said stock injector truck can't make 550hp first off. The guys thought he said that but misread. He said yes it can happen, but not on a 2600 pulse tune.
