Look at the krebs cycle. Im sure my anatomy and physiology education far exceeds yours. Every cell uses glucose. If what you said was true diabetes would not be an issue. You really have no idea what you are talking about. Its painful

Oh big paramedic lol. You are aware that doctors do prescribe a Ketogenic diet for diabetes patients.

In case you weren't able to read so far Jordan here

The LCKD improved glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes such that diabetes medications were discontinued or reduced in most participants. Because the LCKD can be very effective at lowering blood glucose, patients on diabetes medication who use this diet should be under close medical supervision or capable of adjusting their medication.

Cali..
HGH? And Winny? Both suck ass. Gotta run HGH for 6 months to see real gains. Winny kills your joints, and you need to run a test base(with any AAS) cause it shuts down your natty test production.

I eat 400+g of carbs per day. Protein stays between 200-225. Hit 4500 calories yesterday, but I ate some ice cream, a lot actually lol.:)

But aren't we working out for the long run where HGH at say a consistent 3-4 iu would be perfect from 6-9 months then bump it up in the offseason to 6iu for a little wetter gains then drop it back down... Winny has it's place in cutting an easy way to keep your joints from drying out would be to run a low dose of NPP with it does wonders..

Edit: cometely hypothetical and this talk is only for entertainment as we all know... :D

I eat organic primarily to avoid GMO's but again 90% of the food I buy is not certified organic as I buy from a few local farms. I personally eat dairy but I get it from a local farm that sells raw dairy.

Well 4500 calories should help:D I was just curious is all. I'm not for or against gear, you still have to put in hard work to get results.

Well I jumped on way to soon, but went from 150 skinny to 185 looking pretty good. Now if I could get to 210 and still be able to see all the veins in my arms and chest:D

I just had a clondike oreo. All you health freaks are going to die before you reach 60. You will regret not having a great greasy meal.:coolspot:
