More easily said than done. Him and guy are busy men and hard to get ahold of. I'm damn near about to acquire a stock ECM from a junk yard and get a friend to tune it for me.
Pat,
I called you back yesterday, your VM box wasn't set up so I could not leave you a message.
I vehemently dislike texting and would rather talk to you in person.
I have PM here, always online, I have email as well at my web site.
I am not hard to find, and even with a log it is doubtful that it will get resolved that way. In my experience many people confuse timing noise, fuel pressure rattle, pilot rattle and other noises when modified CP3's and 60% injectors are in the equation, a log doesn't give me the same information as when I am seated in the truck in real time.
If I were to get some seat time in the truck it would get resolved in under two hours and you would be on your way, you just need to get the truck to CT.
Sorry it is inconvenient to have a locked ecm, but I am not a high volume/low priced email tuner who sends out tunes like a kid with a Napster account. It's always quality over quantity, I don't need cheerleaders, fancy web sites or expensive advertising, my business is all referral and word of mouth.
Most of my tuning is custom through diesel shops, usually high profile trucks.
Ask anyone who has brought the truck to me or flown me out to the shop to tune the truck and you will find that I am very good at what I do.
Try me today, but it would be much easier to bring the truck to me.
