Called S&S after no call earlier this week as promised. Turns out they are done and ready to ship back. I guess they all tested ok! Sent $ and have UPS Tracking now. Coming Wednesday. Getting close now… very slowly.

Progress. Injectors are in the mail to S&S for inspect, clean, 65 over. Turbo is coming off next and going for rebuild and p&p.

alignment is done. Everything installed. AC lines need to be tweaked for better clearance and pass fender liner too. Drive to/from alignment shop: rail pressure code and 26kpsi. Clear/back on immediately. Might have been poor connection to cp3. Unplugged and reseated and didn’t come back. Idling once back - MAP code. Clear. Didn’t come back. Hmm. All in all - great first run. No leaks!

Today she’s coming home. I’m planning to charge AC and change rear window regulators, and then many short runs ASAP. She needs to be ready to go to VA this week for the new bed.

In about 2 weeks - running back up to the lift. Truetrac install and then I need to beat the torsion bars out. They are currently pretty stuck. Gonna lube em daily this week. Replacement torsion bar bushings and LCA bushings to go in.

After that, it’s time to decide if I’m fabbing a set of bars or going Caltracs on this one.

Oh and last week I talked to Levi @Turbo Performance and he’s making me a blanket for the crossover pipe and hot side :)

Both back window motors and frames are changed. A/C lines are bent out of the way of the twin kit. NO an easy feat!!! Thankfully my hvac buddy had a great bender. AC is charged and cold! So hot and humid. I’m dead. Fender liner another day. That’s a CF. Terrible interference to the downpipe!

Ahh one more. I put the WCFab blanket on the s475. They give you some skinny shitty wire. I went into my parts drawer and grabbed two throttle return springs and made them fit instead. lol.

Another 98* day. I rewired some wiring and found some things that were missed. It’s always that last 5% that takes forever. I came in for another shower. Sunburned a bit. Mark messaged me that maybe the map and baro were switched, so that’ll be the next thing to check/correct! I’d include a picture, but the rewiring succeeded in making the wiring disappear, lol. New connectors all pinned up and new wire loom etc. I tossed the stock ihi heat shield on for now too. Getting there!!!

I went to check and the Baro wire wasn’t plugged in! Fixed. No more code.

I changed the oil and fixed a diesel leak.

Going up the ramps I put it in 4low and I see that in 2wd my light is steady but I’m 4wd and 4low it blinks. It does engage 4 and low range though. Hmm.

I thought blinking meant it was still engaging or not completed yet. Maybe the transfer case is in but not the front diff or vis versa. That would give the impression it's engaging when it may not have on both

That’s what I think too. Maybe encoder motor. No CEL though. Hmm. Maybe a wire got chafed?

BTDT - no codes. I’ll get a friend with a Snappy to check it. Maybe my V2 and my Edge just don’t see the Tcm codes?

I would think the v2 would see them. Edge for sure no. I just know that when my truck was giving me the service 4wd message, it would be stored at the tcm modules.
