    give me a fiew minits and i can take a picture of a yoke i have right hear at wrok off our 05 3500 6.0 flatbeds the spline count on this one is 30 and it has the dampener and is about the size of a SBC harmonice balancer

    the # cast on the yoke looks like a valid Spice number you co give Mark over at Coast Driveline a call that weard that yours doesn't have the big harmonic dampener on it

    co2 is plenty good on mild steel never relay noticed a big difference in weld between CO2 and mix (gold gas)

    X3 giting panels and welding them in just take your time to jump around the panel when welding , so to stretch it tight and not to warp it
