    just tried to git EFIlive talking to it no dice unable to connect , unable to git status , thats both trying to flash and read the ecm wont connect under the scan tool eather none of the LED flash on the black box for communacation and i try to do a black box read of the ecm...

    ill give that a check to be sure but was giting 12.XX on the suburban i was jump starting ( both vicheals not running when i looked at the gauge on the suburban. )

    a little but not as much as frying the ecm right at the beging of a week long heavy rain session hear and having nothing other than a motorcycle as a backup set of wheels is a good thing i found my wetsuit LOL , well see how that goes tomorrow morning

    when i turn the key to the "start or Crank " position nothing happens engine does not turn over, after a few toggles between the On or Run Position and the Start or Crank Position the dash lights come on like there is life but the engine will still not turn over when key is turned...

    no dash lights when i first turn the key but if i flick the key between "on" and 'crank" a fiew times the dash lights with come on kinda normal but still wont crank over haven't tried to plug in Efilive yet if the rain lets up for a fiew ill see if i can git it to talk ill keep you...

    99% shure I just fried my ecm. Jumpere cable sliped off the post and made contact betwean ecm and positve post. Truck instantly died. And will not crank over. Even disconected every tbhing for baBout 20 min. Still nothing So I thought a fiew years ago some one was selling spair ecms...

    that's why you don't transport stuff like that (including propane tanks) in ENCLOSED vechiels such as vans, trucks with camper shells, trunks........... because you never know. a lot of people do not know this at least in California its a 25,000.00 fine (per cylinder) for transporting...

    nothing a little welding and grinding cant fix ;) any luck finding a block? i still have that one of mine got it all tore down the crank and rods still had standard sized berrigns but the cylinders were all ready punched out for .060 pistons and might be ok with just a honing
