    LML CP4 Problems

Donations only, lol. I just picked up a brand new one for $150. [emoji106] What I really want is a +2015 Ford CP4 to compare. It is suppose to flow about 9% more than the original. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Nice, looks like a very simple swap. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    LML CP4 Problems

I agree, way too many variables associated. Ford utilizes a single lift pump that supplies +55psi to function properly. Build a mount and just throw an LBZ on it with a belt drive. Fuel for days! :roflmao:

    LML CP4 Problems

BTW, I like the pinned idea to keep the cup from spinning 180 degrees. I don't see how they are able to spin with the spring seat pressure unless they are getting stuck in the head and delay the downward travel on the camshaft but they do it.

    LML CP4 Problems

At this time, the main goal is to simply prevent the contamination from spreading if a failure occurs and keep the install time/parts costs to a minimum. Otherwise, I would recommend a CP3 conversion over the prevention since the labor cost is so expensive to swap either pump out. Did the...

    LML CP4 Problems

The original design was similar but a mesh screen is added and not necessary in the case IMO. The new design will be a slightly different approach if it works correctly.

    LML CP4 Problems

If anyone wants to donate some of those new CP4's in the pump kits, I am always available. We are currently working on a kit that will prevent the contaminants from entering the high pressure side. The first prototype worked flawlessly, however, we are trying a new design now that will...

Question: Will these Drag Slicks work on our trucks ?

Elvis, I think Abby was running them on all 4 corners as well. I don't think there is a problem with them holding up.

    LML Fan Clutches

If you are wanting to keep the stock fan, it will not matter which part number you use as they will both work. If you have a draw from the fan clutch though, I would replace it. I lucked out and snagged a barely used 2015 fan at the salvage yard cheap.

    s491/100/1.45 Forced Inductions

Gotcha. Keep us posted. Nice build too! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    s491/100/1.45 Forced Inductions

Gated? And I am guessing that's an 87mm turbine on the 72. I don't see the 72 being a limiter with the 88, but I am sure the 75 will help a tad. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    s491/100/1.45 Forced Inductions

472/87/1.0 sxe? How do you like it so far? We will be running non gated with a divided pedistal to help spool. We can always add a gate later if needed. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    Twin setup valley turbo

a 364/480 setup should not need an external gate if staying below 750hp or so. Which is where your stock bottom end should be. Josh's 364.5/480 with a 1.1 t6 on the 480 spools stupid fast and make plenty of power to 800hp or so non gated. I believe it will choke past that point without being...

Running 250% injectors from F1 with Exergy 10mm and Sportsman pumps. Should be plenty of fuel to test the air. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    s491/100/1.45 Forced Inductions

Josh had to break my arm, lol, but we're trying out Forced Inductions new 91mm s400 with a 100mm turbine wheel and 1.45ar housing. New setup will be an sxe 472/87/1.0 with the FI 491/100/1.45. Should pair very well for our goals. Can't wait to see how it does. The 369/74/.91 ended up being too...

    Running a single battery

I have been running a single battery in my LBZ for a while. It's an older everstart maxx that came with it when I bought it a few years ago. We only get down into the teens a few times in the winter, so no prolonged cold temps. I just put a new everstart maxx in my 2015 since it was slow to...

    RIP lml cp4

Check your factory fuel filter and make sure you do not have a leak first. I had one of my 2013's die leaving the driveway. V2 showed no rail. Hit the primer button and found the filter leaking around the oring. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

LLY: Looking for advice with twin turbo kit build s300/s400

Where are you measuring drive pressure and what kind of gauge? Reason I ask is I couldn't push more than 60psi and 750hp before drive pressure got extremely high without gating on my 369/488 setup. Had to gate heavily to keep it to 120psi drive pressure on the big tune. Swapping to a non gated...

"Built not bought" mentality and why it is bad

Anybody have a safe place I can hang out in? I just "bought" a work of art "built" by SoCal for a pickup "built" by JoshH. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] As long as the owner is happy and proud of the end result, who cares how it's done. I have built plenty of motors, trans, diffs, etc. for all...
