    Hoosier 28x14.5r16 Quick Time Pro

3.73's. I was shifting at 4200rpms and will be raising that to 4500 or more with the new motor. A 28 should put me right at 4500rpms at 140mph. I may have to bump up to a larger tire but I doubt I will see over 140mph unless JoshH gets a wild hair on the nitrous. [emoji23]. Why don't you loan...

    Hoosier 28x14.5r16 Quick Time Pro

Anybody have any experience with the Hoosier QTP? I snagged some 16x10 pro comp 1069's at a decent price and just looking for a good light tire for the track. They are priced decent and seem to be a decent compound. I don't think I need the extra height of a 30x14 since I will have plenty of...

    CP4 FCA Screen from Exergy

I am trying to keep the cp4. I don't want to swap a cp3 unless I absolutely have to for the daily. No sense in trying to blow up multiple rides. :roflmao:

Nope, I have a different plan for it.

    CP4 FCA Screen from Exergy

Thanks for all the responses gents. I personally believe the screen change from Exergy is a good improvement but not necessarily the answer. It is definitely an improvement over the stock one. However, I think the real answer it to not allow the lubricating fuel to circulate to the FCA but...

    CP4 FCA Screen from Exergy

The FCA is very easy to get to on a CP4. Look right behind your thermostat housing and its staring up at you. :thumb: The CP3 is more difficult due to it being mounted on the rear of the pump and facing the Y-bridge. But still not terrible with the right tools, just more time consuming.

    CP4 Fuel Bypass KiT

No worries, it's stated on the web link you posted and has S&S engraved on the plate. Click on the manufacturer link and it takes you to all of the S&S products they provide. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    CP4 Fuel Bypass KiT

I am being told by accurate diesel that the plate will not work on an LML CP4 due to a slight design difference. They are suppose to look into what it will take to build an appropriate one with the engineering team. S&S makes the one for Engineered Diesel. If anyone has a good contact number...

    CP4 Fuel Bypass KiT

There is not enough room behind it like the LML. I can't find anything on the ED website but I will be happy to call them tomorrow as well. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    CP4 Fuel Bypass KiT

Anyone look into this? If the adapter plate works for ours, it would be very simple to plumb the fuel. The functionality would save a lot of money for those that do not want to do a cp3 swap. Seems to be a much more viable solution the FCA 25 microns screen from exergy...

    CP4 FCA Screen from Exergy

Has anyone looked into the upgraded FCA from Exergy that removes the factory 60 micron single layer screen and replaces it with a dual layer metal 25 micron screen? Part number E05 10505. From my understanding, the FCA in a CP4 actually sees the high pressure fuel output before it gets to the...

    To AF or not?

I would rather have the piece of mind that I gave it a solid fighting chance if I were building a new motor. The AF is not worth it IMO for just a cam swap on a crank that has already seen the original firing order harmonics since the stock cam has already proven to be more than efficient enough...

    Brand New Z06 Kill

I figured I would share this funny moment. I wish we would have thought fast enough to catch a video. My buddy's dad came down from Nebraska to Texas so we decided to take him for a spin in the LBZ last fall. Took him out to the country on a farm to market road and did a small boosted launch...

That's fine, I will settle for the van. It might be a little faster anyway. :roflmao: Nobody in history has ever been denied a van rental. I will even clean out your free candy signs...:thumb:

    Wheels

What kind of 60' are you seeing with the radials? I was looking at running a 16x10 with a Hoosier QTP 28x14.5r16 since they are suppose to be a little softer compound.

    Conpeco Oil?

I am no expert, hopefully someone else will chime in with more specific oil property knowledge. It will try to build up in the places that do not see movement or much flow, similar to sludge but not the same principle. Its great oil, so don't be discouraged. Just remember that it is not...

    Conpeco Oil?

No complaints so far from me. I just ordered 10 more gallons from them but its the 20w-50 Racing oil. The recovery time, zinc content, tackiness, etc. seem to do well. It is a 100% mineral oil base, so it is not very forgiving if you go too long on an oil change interval since it will tend to...
