Engine swap holy moly , 06 LBZ into 05 LLY, no start

Double check the crank and cam sensors are in the right harness connector. Easy to accidentally swap them and you'll have a no start condition. The two sensors look the same and connect the same Do you have a bidirectional scanner, like EFI live? Very helpful in diagnosing no start conditions...

Engine swap holy moly , 06 LBZ into 05 LLY, no start

Welcome What was wrong with the LLY? Also, some of those early LBZs where detuned to match the LLY output. If yours is like that you can install the later tunes and "restore" the power and still be fully EPA compliant

I always thought that bubblegum wrappers or aluminum foil was the correct way to bypass a fuse 😁. Never heard of using ammo. So, do I use spent cases or does it have to be live ammo to keep the circuit live? 🤣

I don't see why the part Tom linked too wouldn't work. As long as the diameter is correct. It could be chopped shorter if needed. Is that 14mm bolt fixed into the bracket and not removable?

    Fuel issues, crank no start

The CP3 is pretty tough. If it was just gasoline then it's probably fine. Injectors will probably be fine too. If it was a bunch of water and debris then hopefully the filter was able to clean it up and remove the trash. But if too much water gets past the filter then it can do some damage if...

    2wd chassis to 4wd

I think it's a little more then just some holes drilled. The aluminum mount you referenced is not just stuck in a hole. It's a welded in bushing. And off the top of my head there is another mount or protrusion on the other side of the frame that will need to be welded on. But if you have both...
