Erratic Electrical Truck - Don't Know What to Make of IT

When those 3 codes appeared, I recorded them, did some preliminary checking, and could find nothing wrong. I deleted the codes. They have not returned. Battery voltages are good at rest, a little high when the engine is running - I'd like to see closer to 14.0 V. Almost no voltage drop from the...

Erratic Electrical Truck - Don't Know What to Make of IT

I have been thru my engine compartment and recovered my electrical wiring with new split loom and Tesa tape. Did that a few years ago. That doesn't mean that there isn't a short somewhere. I use a Gates Green Belt serpentine because I noted at the time there were some belts that produced the...

Erratic Electrical Truck - Don't Know What to Make of IT

Recently, my truck turned on the check engine light and there were some codes: P0108 Map Sensor High, P)128 ECT Low and P2563Turbo Pos SensorCircuit A High., all the involved sensors use the 5V Ref from the ECM. The truck ran just fine as far as I could tell. Never had codes like that in the...

    05 LLY communication issues

I can't find this fuse for your truck model and year. See if you can find this (or the correct ABBR) and then see what circuit this is. You can search wiring diagrams by the circuit number to find what that circuit feeds...

When your ABS lights up, that will automatically light the others and Service Brake System on DIC also Service Trailer Brakes messages. Not that on the attachment, there are different pin numbers to test. The attachment is for my 2008 LMM so that will not be what you need unless you have an LMM

    Lml no power

You MAY have a bad map or circuit for the MAP. See the attachment. If you have a scan tool, check BARO vs MAP. BARO should remain relatively flat while MAP should change quite a bit if boost actually increases. I'm thinking that P026D below may be the answer to your problem just because it...

    Lml no power

MAP sensor is my first choice followed by boost leak followed by MAF sensor. MAP and MAF are major contributors to ECM that determine engine fueling.

Truck died, lost panel except tach and all front door controls. Also somehow AC.

Not sure what your little plastic case is. If you attached your jumper+ to the mega fuse, concentrate there to start.

    Upper radiator hose. Coolant leak.

And it's hard to spot leaks in the finned area of the radiator. Some dye and a UV light will help you find the leak.
