    Well, it may be the tensioner, or the belt needs to be a little longer, right? I would ask PPE what they think. They have had much experience with these things.

    Look at the wiring diagram, start at the ignition switch when you turn the key, what gets power, what fuses and circuits are involved, what messages are sent and where, etc. Power and ground check to any suspected module to make sure it could work. Get the electrical manual here...

    When I compare the pictures from the link I posted, there are inlets/outlets present on the LBZ-LMM pump that are not on the LLY. Sure doesn't look look like the same pump to me.

    LML Rebuild - Crank No Start

    Cam and Crank sensors look alike so if you didn't keep them organized, it would be easy to swap either the sensors or their connectors and not know it until you attempt starting. It would be helpful to know what this means more precisely "The cam and crank readings are coming back not matching up"

    It could be lots of things. Make sure your batteries are fully charged for starters. Remove anything plugged into your diagnostic port and anything that is an aftermarket electronics, like radio, remote start, etc. Sure would be nice if you could stop by a parts store and get your code read...

    Can't you buy the extended warranty at any Chevy dealer? And don't different dealers have different prices for the same coverage? May be able to purchase the warranty for some time after purchase. Might want to check into that.

    New driver door seal still leaks in

    Have you tried the $1 tug test? Use a $1 bill all around the suspected leak places and compare the pull on the bill to other non-leaking places.
