    I've had this happen to me when my pcv reroute hose became plugged. Not sure how it is on LMLs but check each side where the vent come out of the valve covers maybe one of them is blocked, or maybe the pcv reroute hose is kinked slightly. My problem stemmed from making the hose too long ending...

    Seriously?

    I know your post is old but I bought a set of Fox Remote reservoir for my cognito 4-6 lift and they were the biggest expensive junk I ever purchased. Rough riding, blown seals, blown bushings. I rate these a 10 out of 10 as 100% junk haha.

    LBZ EFI Live Tune Advice/Help

    What's the ECT reading during the run? My thermostats were sticking open and coolant wasn't getting 100% up to temperature although damn close and my truck wouldn't make full rail like yours. Changed out the tstats and all is good again.

    I'd consider putting a new set of injectors in it with the high pressure lines and fix it properly. Judging by the pics if you fix one thing there is a few more that will pop up.
