    Damn you dont mess around. The c3's that warped in my trans are the non slotted single sided carbonites. Your c3 clutches are different. Be glad you found this stuff now. I may have a line on a drum for you. I will shoot you the number.

    Get a scan tool and run some diagnostics on fuel system before you get into dropping your tank. Its a long shot like I said from 1000 miles away. The reason I was thinking this was all the codes that the codes you listed had to do with rail psi and a fuel level sender. That seems strange to me...

    Fire it up with the belt off. Also have a stethescope to narrow down where noise is the loudest.

    Looks good man. Its not a bad idea to get the tool that goes in thru driverside pto to hold pressure on mainshaft to keep intermediate shaft and thrustwasher from falling out of place if you flip your trans on the engine stand. Not sure if any forum vendors sell the tool or not but patc has them.

    Yes I have warped C3 clutchs and also burned alot of the material down to steel. I believe they are the Alto 1 sided Carbons. I have pics if anyone cares to post them shoot me your email. I still dont have the pics figured out on re sizing.

    Holy shit batman if you are only gonna run 650-700hp I would run a stock engine with compounds. If it ever goes down you could throw another used one in for $5k or less if you do it yourself. Many compound trucks running that power level with lots of abuse. I am not saying it will hold that...

    I just tore down the ally and low and behold c3's shot! Most friction material is missing and also warped really bad. These are the Alto 1 sided Carbon clutchs. Also had the black steels in which trashed my c1 / c2 drum with chatter marks. Its kinda damn shame that trans didnt make it 10k miles...

    gpz's I am just now going thru the LMM trans with Suncoast 6.3 GPZ clutchs. I also bought a set of alto reds for c5 clutch pack for piece of mind. I am concerned a bit about the raybestos c1's shrinking? I have heard about this and supposedly there are upgraded c1's to keep this from happening...

    Wouldnt the correct converter stall for the application being used work out better for getting on the chargers vs. trying to push thru the brakes with too low of stall?

    Raptor lift pump

    I have had a few issues with raptors. Seals leak and the windings get wet. Fuel leaks. Thats why they send a seal kit with the pumps. I cant complain about the warranty and install though!

    Ya I was just refering to being able to put more power to the ground and turn more rpm. I think that the higher rpm may lead to the impeller problems. But like I said my truck had seen 4000 to 4400 rpm and never had an issue with water pump do to anything other than having high mileage.
