Raptor lift pump

I have a raptor lift pump on my truck. Its been on here since I bought the truck. I noticed when I was doing my suspension there was a little bit of diesel leaking. Its coming from behind the mounting plate. Is it possible its drawing air and causing my power loss I been noticing the past year or two? I'm starting to think it may be fuel related.

I have had a few issues with raptors. Seals leak and the windings get wet. Fuel leaks. Thats why they send a seal kit with the pumps. I cant complain about the warranty and install though!

X2 on the warranty. I had a raptor 150 pump on my old LLY and after blowing 3 fuses I called customer service. Didn't ask me for anything except name and address and in 4 days had a brand new pump at my door. That's pretty darn good, in my opinion

Well I'm not the original purchaser so idk if they would warranty it. Might look into getting a seal kit though.

Would a leak allow air into the system?

It could allow air in.

Is there a way to tell if I'm getting air other than cracking the bleed screw?

Most likely you would get hard starts if you were getting air in system.
