    That shouldn't be an issue as long as you get a copy of your tune file backed up. I have all my tunes saved on my HD and backed up to email.

    Im no expert but looks to me like you have an issue with that injector, and that would explain the sound you are getting. Either injector issue or injector wiring harness issue.

    Marks stage 2 3794 is a 65mm turbo. So if you switched to his you'll gain the turbo brake at the expense of 3mm

    I have a 2008 lmm and my torque converter started to let go with just tuning. IMO if you have to save up do the transmission first, that 68mm will roast the trans unless you run a very conservative tune, and if you do that there really is no point in doing the 68 because you will have a laggy...

    What year is your truck? I wouldn't even waste time changing the turbo or anything out until the trans is built.

    I don't think the 0w-20 is a problem. The days of having to run thick as molasses oil are gone. Alot of guys have switched from 5w-30 to 5w-20 a long time ago and oil analysis shows no harm at all and an increase I'm mpg. If these trucks were 1 ton tow pigs I'd run a thicker oil. Just curious...

    IMO , stock turbo/Injector trucks don't waste your time. Bigger turbo, nozzles and cp3 I think they are definitely worth it.
