My truck is a 08 LT1 package, the truck the 6 disc came out of is a 07.5 LT1 package. It has a 6 disc stock, mine is single, can I just swap it straight across?- MMLMM

Noise on driver side when hot
I'll check that Mike. I noticed trans temps climbed over 200 and that when the noise would start, so I started watching the TCC slip and playing with t/h and seemed like it would go right away when converter locked. I need to crawl under the hood and dig around and see if if I can find anything...- MMLMM

Sweet 212°F Trans temps today... If I am driving and it does it, right when TTC slip goes to zero (locked) the noise goes away. :confused::confused: Mike, Is my 1058 still under warranty?- MMLMM

Its intermittent. Didnt do it at all today (even know the fan was running a buch today as its over 100°F today). Then it did it just a bit ago. I noticed the trans temp was 198°F when it happened then after it went away the trans temp was 203°F Think it has to do with the trans, thats where...- MMLMM

YEa I still hear the normal loud ass fan, but then sometimes there is a high pitch noise for a bit. Then it ggoes away and the fan noise is still there. :confused:- MMLMM
