Argh opening alt tune files

I've asked this before and since my update to 7.5, I HAVE NOT been able to figure out how to get this to work-probably because I am borderline EFI retarded.

When I am in the the tuning program, and I click on my file to open for alt calibration comparison, how do I change it from going to the factory set bins folder, to go to the folder I want on my desktop?

I promise, this time I will save the post to my desktop!!
