    You build a tune with an os developed by EFI and it holds basically 5 tunes in it. Then how ever many volts the os reads from the switch it picks that set of tables. The 5 position switch has resistors built in to limit volts at each stage so the os knows which tables to select. Basically.

    have you got it to start after trying to read/flash 20 times lol? Do you have a volt meter? Do you have a batt charger? Are you 100% sure there is enough power at the port? did you check all fuses. Under hood too?

    Theres nothing wrong with it. Just make sure you are flashing in the correct os as a full flash will let you flash whatever. Like said above try stock os then reflash the tune in norrmally.
