    good thought, but if his stock cp3 is getting worn out, it would be a waste to add a new pump and have one failing.... Like I said Id just replace with a stock LBZ/LMM, your never going to need more fuel than that. and if yu do you will already be in the motor and checkbook anyway...

    Do a stock lbz/lmm pump, with the regulator. Tune will need changed to run it. lbz/lmm pumps (brand new) are $650 plus $200 core just about anywhere that sells/stocks Bosch parts.

    Sorry, Yea that number is for the FPRV, not PPEs race valve. And the stock tq for the FPRV just incase is 74ft. lbs.

    You need to get the race valve tighter. Its easier to put the block in the vise and install your race valve before installing it in the truck. The nipple on the rail that had the U shape hose, you just cap off.

    That doenst prevent rail pressure drop..If anything you could loose rail pressure easier..

    After converting to dsp5 run the lb7 script. That's prolly the issue your having.
