I'm installing my PPE kit on my LMM and I can't figure it out. It says to take off the u shaped hose that goes from the fuel rail to fuel return. Am I just suppose to T the new relief valve into that line? Can I use my race valve still? I might be missing some parts not sure. For some reason the nut to put the pulley on the CP3 is to big. Also it gives me a piece of 3/8 hose for the feed line for the 2nd CP3 and it looks like it should be 5/16. Not sure if I'm suppose to change the fitting on the CP3 or go to a smaller hose. It's probably just me but I need some guidance.

Did you look over this and read it. http://www.pacificp.com/pdf/Dual_Fueler_LBZ-LMM_65-10.pdf
You need to remove the race valve or your fprv from the rear of the driver side rail and replace it with the new feed inlet. Take and install the race valve or the fprv into the gold looking block that mounts to the valve cover. The little horse shoe looking hose is on the driver side rail just in from of were the race valve or your fprv was and loops up from the rail to the return fuel line. Once the new feel inlet is in the rail you no longer need anything on the rail side of the return or you can leave the horse shoe looking hose there if your using a race valve in the gold block if you are using a factory fprv in the gold block you will need to run the new longer pop of fuel return line fron the nipple on the gold block to the return above the driver side rail in the rear. then on the pass side you need to cut and install the t fitting into the fuel supply coming out of the filter head just a few eachs out that will be the fuel supply for the 2nd cp3. then you will take the 5/16 line with the T fitting and cut and install that on the return side of the stock cp3 pump. Then all your left with is wiring and mounting the extra pulley and pump braket its not that bad just read and lay out everything and get all the hoses togther with the fittings to make it easier. The nut should be fine should also be a washer with it if I recall its smaller at the end of the shaft once the pulley is on and the washer and you get the nut up on there the shaft gets fatter tq to 52ftlbs.

Thanks Henry I had it all installed when I posted that. Except for it said to take the horsehoe off and I did and I didn't know what to do with it. The nut is to big I bought another one no big deal. I already have my 5/16 line t'd in and hooked up. The problem is the 1/2" t that hooks up to my filter head has 3/8 on the other side and it's a little big on the inlet to the CP3. Just wondering if I have a wrong fitting or hose. It's no big deal but when I've never seen a duel fueler truck up close before it can be a little confusing for me. I do have the directions. Just trying to get everything mocked up before I put the motor back in. Thanks again.

Mine was the same also and it works fine. I think it would fit better using there new high flow fitting. http://www.pacificp.com/store/index...id=209&zenid=05ee84020ca3700b5b85e21e51d473f2

What's the specs on ur build?
Built motor, 120 overs and some custom twins from MPI. The turbo's won't be ready for a while so I'm just putting the stock turbo on it to break it in.

Thanks Henry, you always go out of your way to help. I think I'll just leave the stock fitting for now and see how it goes.

You need to get the race valve tighter. Its easier to put the block in the vise and install your race valve before installing it in the truck. The nipple on the rail that had the U shape hose, you just cap off.

I'll try tightening it up. It really is flowing out of there I never thought of it being loose. Thank you.

Yea Dave like Mike said it must be very tight to seat. If you were running a factory FPRV you would run a line from that block to the top return line above the rail the horse shoe hose gets replaced when you do that and like Mike said cap the rail nipple off.

I tightened the race valve to 60lbs still pissing fuel out. Should I go tighter? Maybe I should just put the old FPRV in to check it out.

So Cal.
Inspect for nicks or scratches in the t-block and the raised face of the valve. If all looks good reinstall the valve and tighten...

Thanks for the all the help guys. Turns out it the O ring was a little thick that I put in, put a thinner one in and it seems to work great now.
