I actually sold that tractor last spring, we are all Deere now. It's a long story but I will never buy another Case tractor for the rest of my life.

It's ok we still have one also. I don't have to run it but I think our hand that does intentionally tries to tear it up. The best case tractors were the older ones.

I totally agree Up untill 6-7 years ago we were all CaseIH. When they merged we bought 5 new tractors and for 2 days in the the spring when they were brand new 4 of them were broken down.

That use to be my favourite saying.

Ours is an old 7120 mfwd and I don't think it holds a chance of hanging with my 2wd JD 4440. But the only reason we have it is because it was a good trade at the time. And the mfwd made it easier to work in the sand.

Nothing Runs like a Deere....... but a badass International! :thumb:

Although, not a huge fan since the merge.

Nothing runs like a Deere when being chased by a Case. :thumb:

If it's NOT red, leave it in the shed.

Glad I could clear that up for you boys. :D

I'm a JD man but in my industry the big Cases hard parts seem to hold up better there still crap though. We run 430, 450, 480s, and 485s. The 430 is a good tractor takes a beating and loads (Pullpans) almost as well as the 480s. 450 a POS one of our 485s we have had for 2 years and its only got 500hrs since its always broke in the shop. 480s run good but we have to constantly shut them down and restart them for faults.

Nice Video

Ten years ago around here you would see nothing but John Deere and now its the other way around. It seems to me that the price went sky high with Deere and the quality went down and it seems like they have no parts and the parts you need are always three, four days away.

Nothin stinks like a John :thumb:
