My aluminum skid plate in the front will creak sometimes. It can be pretty loud. Maybe this is what you are hearing?

Had a guy telling me last night that BD has a valve you can mount on the pedestal to close off one exhaust opening forcing air out of only one opening. This is to increase the velocity on light throttle to help spool a bigger single turbo and get rid of some of the lag. At a certain set...
X2. DSP2 works fine for me, tow tune and hot street tune. race tune goes on by itself....I don't need the daily temptation!
Remember to let the trans learn when switching from a small tune to a big tune.
Try to keep the rwhp around 360-370 and your stock trans will live for quite a while...
Why not use a 2" rubber cap? No way for anything to fall in and it fits perfect.
I removed mine for access, I don't think there is any performance gain at all.

Just asking, but did you hate your dmax that much??
And ill vouch for Spartan on the 6.4, its tried and true with nasty numbers! Make sure you let your ford trans learn like the Allison when you change tunes.

Nice find on the truck. The guys on here will get you headed in the right direction.
Just a tip, I would keep that particular truck down to around 360rwhp until you get ready to build the trans. You can push more power with just a tune than the trans can handle in stock form. Beautiful...
Nice, ill have to try one of those.
I only smoke them on certain occasions like playing golf or drinking at the house but I love it. I'm going to pick up a few different ones til I find my taste
