Sorry to hear about all the B.S 
. In 2007 anything that could go wrong for me went wrong and I just kept feeding into the BS by flipping out, everything finally came to head in november when I was looking at doing 2 1/2 years in jail. I learned alot that year and I am still paying for it to this day, in more ways than one :baby: However I am better off now then I ever was then. Aside from the loss of someone close to me I'm glad it all happend as it taught me alot changed me for the better. Good luck getting everything straightend out.

yeah and it's not over. i'm over it but still dealing with fallout. If the felony charge sticks i'm out of my job which requires security clearance not allowed to felons
and yes i fed into it by flipping out. i've kicked doors in, punched through windows and all kind of shit,,,, it could get even uglier and carry into 2012 but i ****ing hope not. now the almost ex wife is filing contempt of court charges for not keeping up with all the bills on time even though shes the reason i'm quickly running out of money.
Keep your head up bud. And like Dan said. She's only doing it to **** with you. Be the man. And don't let it get you. As hard as it will/may be. Just don't give in to her shit. It'll only make it easier for the courts in the end. Good luck bud.

yeah when i got locked up they had the guns removed from my house and i can no longer talk to her,, good thing cause not hearing her BS has calmed me down for the most part and removing the guns,, well its just good i could get to any of them a time or two

You need a new lawyer IMO. The court mandate to stay current on bills is horseschit when she lost her job bc of the affair causing your divorce. Everything but water & electric would be turned off! No cell phone, internet, TV, nada! What happened to 50/50? What's the felony? Beating up her BF?

50/50 went out the window when she had no 50 i guess. no actually that was a misdemeanor,, apparently going to his house to do so is considered stalking
my ex father in law is a former cop, they have people in law enforcement they are close to and the bf's family is tight with the prosecutors office in his county. We do have the judges on our side and i think it's all gonna go away since the truth came out after the charges. the judge's both told me i was better off, laughed at them for wanting to use the courts to protect their affair and gave me their condolences for having to deal with her for 6 years lmao

A lot of the problem is the judge,, he's new and doesnt know law from his ass or a hole in the ground,, BUT we're stuck with him. my lawyer read word for word the basis for something and he was like nice but no,,, it's been stupid. criminal court has actually been better to me then family,, at least the judges know wtf they'redoing and have some common sense

Man no one needs to deal with all that crap. Good for u tho on shuting his mouth. May not have been the right thing to do but I bet it felt great, and I'd woulda done the same thing. U are for sure better off without the joke. Keep your head up and move on. Your son and u are the only thing u need for the future. It will get better. And like dan said karma is a bitch. oh and we did haul a customers truck out to the IL/IN line and she was hating life with that big ass CC/DRW dodge on the back.
