    I have always used a "shop press" , and pressed them out , I have heard of guys "burning" the rubber out and then using a hammer and chisel to get the metal sleeve out in a pinch but have never tried it .

    Its not really a secret just no up grades that dont require a fair bit of machine work , the BATMO wheel is about your only "drop in" option .

    I filled the block on my race truck last year , did the same as Nate and filled to the bottom of the freeze plugs , did run enough passed to tell if it helped , and also was running a main girdle as well . IMOP for what it cost i would do it if i planned to push a motor above 1k .

    It would depend on desired HP goals , but as small as a S480 could work , as big as a GT5533 , we already have a set of Race Triples done around it , there installed and should be getting some track numbers soon .
