LB7: Block Filler

How many guys are actually filling their blocks? To the guys that have done so are you seeing that its worth the trouble? Dis you do the short fill or do the tall fill? Thanks for any feedback.

Filled mine to the bottom of the freeze plugs, not sure if it is worth it.

I filled the block on my race truck last year , did the same as Nate and filled to the bottom of the freeze plugs , did run enough passed to tell if it helped , and also was running a main girdle as well . IMOP for what it cost i would do it if i planned to push a motor above 1k .
