    700hp recipe: S475 1.0 housing 2500+ RPM Stall Converter Dual Pumps, Stroker Pumps or 30%+ injectors Detorqued tuning. I made 701hp and just under 1100 ft lbs

    dependent on setup imho... tight converter, smaller primary compounded with stock charger and aggressive tuning? 500-600hp for a limited amount of time. Now big single S475, loose converter, detorqued tuning and sense able driving? 650hp +/-. Im at 700hp and have been for many years

    By the way I've been told by many old school lifters that all you need is heavy weight on your back to strengthen your core and lower back... Biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard. My core was never more weak when I stopped doing core work outs 5 big lifts instead.

    Holy hello I deadlifted in my new belt... Keeps the lower back in such a better position. Lots of support. I was up to 5x300lbs no belt and it strained the shit out of my lower back. Gives me hope of that 400lb deadlift some day :D
