    This is for Phase 1 Mass for a light workout day. There is a Base, 1, 2, and 3 Phase... Basically just more calories the higher you go. With the templates I also receive a Non Workout Day, Hard Day and Moderate Day. The harder the workout the more carbs and calories over all. You do get a lot...

    Lately I've been getting pretty damn lightheaded after eating... This RP Diet has me eating 5 meals a day and I think it's either my blood pressure or blood glucose. I already have really low blood pressure 104-110/56-62 resting with a heart rate in the low 60's...

    Jesus Christ did I get weak... I was smashing 250lbs 3x5 at 165lbs body weight until I messed up my glutes. I lost 70lbs off of those numbers. Crazy. Slow and steady I'm learning is the key

    Correct... I'm just tuning the thing... It doesn't run correctly at all. That setup should make 80-85 psi and it's hitting 60-65 psi. A 95mm charger based off of the S4T my buddy ran with the same secondary made over 1200hp so I'll guarantee they won't change out that charger
