    Do you guys ever have blah days? I trained Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and today. Upper body particularly for snatch work was weak and shit.ty. press was good and squats OK. I just felt weak honestly

    Clean 1 @ 95% 1RM 2X2 @ 85% Push Press 3x4 @ 102.5 Back Squat 1x5 @ 200lbs 1x5 @ 170lbs 1x3 @ 170lbs Bench 3x5 @ 105lbs First time in 6 months I benched without pain. Went pretty light so I'm very happy with it.

    Ya I hear that... I was moving around 1.5 times my body weight like it was no problem. except shoulder mobility sucked as did t-spine, hips and ankles. Snatching has allowed my shoulder mobility to improve by 100% and yoga has helped everything else. i just want wanna get back to 250/300 and go...

    Thanks Albert when I was doing SS my 3x5 squat was 250 and deadlift was 300 for 1x5. Problem was my form was really bad. Messed up my lower back and glutes. I now won't deadlift without a belt either. I kinda wanna get back on SS again

You're probably gonna wanna start low bar squating unless you're already very mobile is ankles, thoracic spine, shoulders and hips.
