Exhaust pipe sizing for maximum HP/TRQ
I just don't think that a 4 vs. 5 inch would really make much difference considering both sizes should flow considerably more than the exhaust housing. Just my thoughts on it.- CaptPhil

They are bolted. It looks like at some point this truck was lifted in front and instead of getting new shocks the mounts were made longer. It's a long story. some trans stuff is getting sorted out between us. I am not pushing for anything really other than the sleeved hub that was supposed to be in the trans, which he is sending along with a set of clutches. I won't demand anything more and he isn't obligated to provide anything...- CaptPhil

Some wonderful fabrication skills demonstrated. I am not a great welder, but come on man. Found my drive pressure leak. Welded fu***ng bellows? give me a break. Found an exhaust leak on the downpipe. Gonna have to fix that. Lower shock mounts..... don't have words for this one.- CaptPhil

How are low oil prices affecting your business/trade?
Since I work offshore, it directly effects me. Cheap fuel is great, but the brand new rigs getting stacked offshore isn't so great. I just hope this downturn doesn't last long, no sense in having cheap fuel if you aren't working to pay for it.- CaptPhil

Compounds idea
I would think that if you were shooting for big power you would definitely need to gate around the valley and another big gate around the Atmo, since that t4 won't flow near as much as a t6 on the exhaust side.- CaptPhil

LB7: Banks hot pipe to s400
Cut it in the middle, add bead rolls to both ends and use a straight boot there. Then up top go to himini racing and get a v band to 3.5 inch slip adaptor, order a 3 to 3.5 silicone reducer and t band clamps. No sweat. -
