    I would recommend the DP 68mm. Ran one all last year before upgrading. Mine made 625 with 45 sticks and modded pump. See sIg for all my mods. I'm making 650 now and rods are still fine. Tuning plays a huge role and come people who drives on the big tune everyday, if so its your own stupidity...

    Put a 20 amp fuse instead of a 10. Sometimes the ballast draw more. My installation instructions recommended it

    I believe you would hear a bent pushrod, and of the smoke didn't go away driving I'd say the valves are good. I'm with everyone else sounds electrical. Good luck

    Valves could be hanging just a bit. Does the smoke go away when you drive down the road?

    I made 629 on DPs 68mm similar to the 4094 but have 45% sticks and a modded pump. Who's tuning the truck? It all depends on how you lean on it!

    You should be in the 550-600 range if you have enough fuel and the tranny holds.

    My truck works great at the drag strip!!! I'm running a 79 ford with leafs. My leafs came from a 01 ford excursion, softer spring rate and lower ride height!
