Does anyone know of a kit or a build someone has done that replaces the stock transfer case. I've heard of some ppl using a dodge np241 29 splin but is there Andy other options? Thanks

More front drive shaft options are available for the dodge transfercase.

What are you talking about? You can weld a driveshaft tube to any yoke combination you want so just cause it's a Dodge doesn't make it special.
I don't see the point in changing out the stock TCase. Unless like previously mentioned it's to match up to an SFA or if you are doing a divorced set-up. Not too many have blown up so I think their record speaks for themselves.
I have a straight axle in the front and it's a hard driveshaft angle and I wanna do away w the slip style in the tcase. Also this is the 3rd time having my tcase rebuilt and no matter what the rear seal constantly leaks. So I want to get rid of the slip yoke there as well.
Never said the t-case was better, just more front drive shaft options. you may be able to weld any tube to the yoke, but you can't upgrade the yoke to bigger u-joints.
The front drive shaft on a dodge has a flange that bolts to it (t-case side). The front shaft on a GM has a male slide in shaft, that does not have an upgrade that I am aware of. The aftermarket drive shaft company I talked to (driveshaft specialist INC) does not offer a front drive shaft upgrade for the GM.
I too, had a constantly leaking rear seal in the T case. Spent a lot of time and money tracking it down. Most likely, the bushing in the rear of the T case is worn out, have you replaced it during the rebuilds? If so, I suggest you look at the mainshaft in the T case. Mine had a slight bit of "wobble" in it (not sure how, but it wasn't perfectly straight). I replaced that, and the bushing (again) and got rid of my aftermarket steel driveshaft (that was heavy as all get out and I think contributing factor) and went back to an aluminum shaft. Seals have been fine, no leaking.I have a straight axle in the front and it's a hard driveshaft angle and I wanna do away w the slip style in the tcase.
