    As far as I know, (not far) all the cranks break at the #2 main. I thought it was from all the weight hanging out on the harmonic balancer, combined with the not very well balanced rotating assembly. That theory goes down hill fast with my crank broke at the #4.

    It does have what appears to be two different types of breaks. But I don't know if one happened long ago or both at the same time.

    All of the bearings (Rod and mains) were in great shape, except #4 main, the bottom was wore down just to the copper, the top was wore a little less, but stll toast. I looked for any blueing around were the crank broke and the #4 main bearings and saw none.

    HP was 600 at the the wheels. The truck has 175,000 miles, alot of those were towing heavy. I don't know if I am going to part it out or repair and sell it as a running motor. I bought cuminstrkmydmax's SoCal stage 2 motor.

    Since installing the D.P. gauge, I tuned the vanes back to 0% at WOT and now the D.P. is 60psi at 50psi of boost.
