    Well guys, I was backing the truck outta the garage and noticed a small oil leak.......It ended being a big leak beacuse one of the welch plugs on the back of the motor let go.......I have the transmission, rear cover, and the oil pans back off the truck, and hope to finish it up after this work...

    Well the motor is in the truck, just have to finish a couple little things. It should be running tomorrow and back on the dyno Friday to possibly set a new VGT record single charged.....On a side note, I disassembled my block that came outta my truck and the rods are straight, the pistons look...

    I picked up the block from the machine shop this morning......I will start assembly this weekend when Tark gets up here. I'll post some pictures later on today

    My setup has been great for over two years. We believe my rods are still straight because of conservative tuning, but we will know more when I get it out of the truck.     Very true!!!! He's 1000 pounds lighter, but my 4 wheel drive comes off the line a whole lot faster than his. Lol

    Stock heads with valve springs and pushrods would probably be fine.

    It was a tough decision. I guess my budget and we will get to see how the round pistons react vs the fingers on compression ratio.
