    Pressurize the charge air system the same way we would to check for boost leaks. You won't hear it like an external leak but it will bleed off pressure quickly and you can hear the air going into the EGR cooler.

    What type of EGR delete do you have? I would be pressurising the charge air system and checking for boost leaks caused by your EGR delete. We've also been seeing LMMs and LBZs lately with the EGR valves stuck open and they get bad mileage from it.

    DD701 is bearings that take a 1/2" bolt. DD702 is poly bushings like most shocks have.

    I did save the file "for remote flashing" using the V2 that is "married" to his AutoCal, but it still isn't working. I'll get the software on this laptop all up to date and try it again with a ctz file.

    Have you tested an otherwise identical setup with a 66mm compressor? I've always heard that as an atmospheric the 71 won't really do much if any better than the 66.

    Since when? We have run multiple trucks with 100% over injectors on the stock turbo and they didn't smoke while cruising. My truck never did with an S475 or S480 either. The smoke will all depend on the tuning. I have some customers who want their tuning dumby proof so that they can go...
