Correct. I have some prettier scope captures from my LMM bench setup I posted on here a while back. In the video he showed 2 pulses in, 2 pulses out.. Dwell time of each, along with time between Pilot and Start of Main Injection Pulse, is all controlled in the ECM tunes. -

I reviewed your work in the other thread, but never got around to watching those videos yet. Doing it now. But off the top, yes the dwell time should be incoded in that ecm signal somehow. Guessing the pin 94 would be rpm ref from ecm that we used to tie in analog tach adapters. Sent from my... -

This is basically same approached I was presented with also. If word on street is correct, probably the correct path to a lasting solution. So a replacement that covers both models would be the ticket. They can't be much more than a simple signal Amplifier, because the J1939 protocol bus speed... -

Good questions. I originally took this on as project manager, at a set hourly rate. Then soon created a company to handle all the paperwork and consolidate billing from dozens of different contractors. LML Rebuild - Crank No Start
As someone who's done it before, I always have to suggest verify the crank and cam sensors are in the correct holes. The clocking of the connectors is just slightly different, and will quickly give it away if ya have them reversed. They won't fire if swapped. Besides that, those LML return line...- kidturbo

I agree. Make ya a couple block off plates and put a fitting in the Outlet side where can pressurize that body. Then put some air to it to get real world values. Always known they have a HOT pressue issue at idle. Also likely why GM padded the gauge outputs so lowest they read true is about... -

Ya know it would be interesting to plumb one up to a regulated air hose and block off the outlet, just to see where they pop off at factory. Especially with a few years age on that spring. Then do it again with a washer or two in there. Think I might have a couple old LMM pumps in my spare parts...
