    Put the gear selector in 3rd, it will not shift above 3rd. If you want to start in 3rd also you will need a custom TCM tune to do that.

    For getting weight on the front big heavy aftermarket bumpers work good or put weight in the passenger side floor board and behind and under the seat. Also get your hooking point as close to the rear axle as rules will allow, gives the sled less leaverage to lift the front of the truck...

    Want to update this thread on coilover shocks on a dedicated pull truck. I have 7 Hook's this year so far and am very happy with how the Viking coilovers have been working. I have both the compression and dampening valving set to about the middle and seem's to work well. I might try tightening...

    Yeah, that's why I bought the full exhaust with a muffler. I used Flo-pro kit # SS864. Nice and quiet when cruising with some nice exhaust tone when excelerating!

    Finally got sick of dealing with the Dpf filter and DEF quality issues and decided to delete my 11' LML. Truck was trouble free for the first 60k, but the last 8k have not been! I installed Flo-pro's 4" down pipe back S/S exhaust with muffler and Motorops auto cal with delete tune's. So...

    Interested in info on this also! I put a aluminum radiator out of a 1/2 silverado in mine with aluminum resivoir tank that has a pressure cap on it.

    I had a hell of a time getting my turbo to spool till I put in a Suncoast 1053-2 converter, now it spools with ease!

    Took another 1st place last night in the open diesel class. Truck is running great! I manually locked the converter last night and it definetly made a difference. I don't have any video of the pull except a gopro from in the cab I will put on YouTube later today.
