take the plug out and head to lopers brian. not like you gotta drive that truck lol.

or if you have a tap set, most have a pitch gauges to find out what pitch a bolt/nut is. you could use that to figure out the pitch

are you planning on using the factory cooler and and aux cooler. why not just get the ppe pieces, this way there is no more coolant and you can just buy a cooler whatever size you want. also make sure to get a t stat for it.

X2 a person could come out of the oil gallery quite easy:) Either before the filter or after.

Brian, i posted the size of oil gallery plugs IIRC 12x1.5 or 14x1.5

the plugs on the oil cooler are larger but im not sure the size? As allready posted pull one out and take it to a shop and measure it or use a thead pitch gauge.

Gotcha, I planned on using the factory cooler, and the aux one, but looks like I will just buy a larger cooler and use the PPE ones. The cooler I was looking at was the Earl's 41910, which was a -10 fitting cooler.

Need to do more research.

I think those plugs are actually 1/2" BSP, but I used a 1/2" NPT fitting to install my oil temp gauge into the cooler/filter assembly.
