    Anyone use a Winberg crank?

    we have used them for some powerstroke cranks, as others have said. great product. i stroker dmax crank is around 5700 from them iirc.

    cant say for sure, it has a locked ecm in it at this point. on the smallest tune all is well.

    i understand your thoughts but fwiw, my motor had my original crank, billet main caps, girdle, half fill on the block, studs, etc. i had about 3 oil changes on the motor, it lasted about 3400 miles and just a handful of passes.

    well still dealing with this crap, is my truck that unique that it cant be tuned right?? i changed a few things in this last build so the part throttle smoke isnt an issue but still wont shift. Im not even talking about the big tune, tried a few launches and i was only on the second tune...

    you do not want to do a non gated turbo in compounds unless you intend on plumbing in an external gate. turbos are not hard to rebuild at all. if you have the coin i would do the billet wheel also.

    i would never do a block without a torque plate hone, if you are using studs you need a line hone also. clearances will change with the studs.
