    ive said this numerous times but since it was asked again, mine was line honed after the block was half filled, billet main caps, girdle, etc. balanced with all parts being used in the build, ati, billet flexplate, crowers etc.... bearings 3 and 4 looked fine fwiw.

    i will say that ddp nozzles are under rated imo, thats probably some of the egt issue. I had to downsize mine for the same reasons

    you will need to know what the pressure is, just guessing really wont help you get it set correctly.

    you can go really small, thats how mine is. with a small housing on the high pressure you can open the gate more and it will drive the big turbo harder.
