    possibly an electric problem. might have some broken wires on your trans harness. Fill in your signature so the guys can help you trouble shoot the problem.

    Are you talking about pass lock? Mine wouldnt start every now and then due to a pass lock problem.

    If you only plan on pushing the stock Turbo, id get the suncoast gmax kit, and precision ml converter, and have a reputable builder rebuild your trans.

    I got the directed smart start on my lb7, had issues at first, but all works great now. No complaints. Lets the glow plugs warm the right amount of time also

    Im sure mike knows his shit better then most people, id listen to him. Last 2 fly wheels ive replaced have been on there so much tighter then just a breaker bar. We had a 1/2 socket and 2 foot breaker bar, and 4 foot pipe over the bar, and it took took two guys to break them loose.

    You might try pulling all the connections of the trans, and use that electric clean spray. Maybe you have a bad harness. I dont know near as much as alotta guys on here, hopefully they will chime in.

    I thought he checked all the fuses? I just searched google and one guy said it ended up being the ignition housing
