How come my efi 100hp tune feels so much more powerful then a banks turned all the way up then? Not being an ass, serious question. -
1058 hard lock up fix?
IIRC go to the scan tool, got to the DVT tab, choose your tcm and then clear all taps.- AubleAK

Reseting the taps with my v2 has always smoothed everything out with the few trucks ive tried it on.- AubleAK

Help for a LB7 towing
I have efi live on my truck, and it tows great for a stock turbo truck. I love it. Egts stay cooler also when towing for me. About 1250 at the highest, on a spike. -
LB7: Did I limp it?
if your service engine light was on you may have limped it, but it sounds like your OD lockout engaged. what year is the truck? hold the tow haul button down and when it does the same thing again you'll know that it was the OD lockout.- AubleAK

I took the tail off, just glanced inside to see if any damage had been done to my clutches. Trans was completely built on the stand. Bearings looked seated at a glance. Havent got into it very far tho.- AubleAK

Gmax 3, 2000 miles. Shifts great. Started making noise and limping aloy. Cut the filter open, And not to my surprise metal in it. C1/c2 clutch hub was rubbing on the c3 backing plate. Any ideas why this would happen? Also, the shaft im holding had more play in it then i think it should. About...- AubleAK

the code is "Control Module Ignition Off Timer Performance" make sure you have good connections on your batteries and they have good charge. take the bully dog out also to see if it goes away.- AubleAK
