Im going to be putting my air dog 150 on this week. It says to use the draw straw do i have to use it?

You don't HAVE to use it, duramax already has a 1/2 pickup tube

I have a Raptor and used the stock 1/2" line too no problems. I unplug the lift pump to tune with EFI while key on is needed seems to not stress lift pump maybe it won't hurt it to run but I don't like it to just sit and not flow during this time of tune is happening.
