    I am equally confused. The injectors and heads have the step in them. So one won't fit but I can't remember how that works.

    I think that will be awesome. I ran about that setup with 45% overs and it made 856 on a very conservative dyno. Awesome street manners and track performance. You are going to have a very nice truck.

    Then you either got the wrong injector because you have a 2005, or it does not need programmed. 8th digit of the vin? 2 or d?

    The turbine shaft size is the same on gt37 and gt 40 turbines. But to make the gt40 turbine fit you will need to do more than just remove material from the housing. I would just put the 10 vane wheel from the early 6.0 Ford turbo's in and call it done. It sounds like you have a good bit...

    Ok josh, I will have to check out my train of thought here. I just had it in my mind when that megafuse blows the alt does not charge. My techs have had it happen before on several occasions. And we found no charge and popped megafuse. Maybe it effects something else. Or is not directly charging...
