    Call Mike and get specifics before you do this. The transgo valve I believe still sees a drop in pressure to the clutches especially after lock up. By modifying the stock valve, it prevents or reduces greatly the amount of pressure you lose when the converter is locked. It's harder on the pump...

    I'd give the stack a cleaning. When was the coolant changed? It's not hot and it's not hurting it, but I would think it should be closer to the 170-80 mark.

    If you have the $$$ for hd rods I'd just go that route. Even using sleeves (new or old tie rods) there is still the possibility to bend or break them. No risk of that happening at all with the g2's, and if you break them, doesn't matter how, warrantee covers them. Can't beat that:thumb:

I've had a lift pump since before I had efi live, the top end has always seemed a little week...kinda like it couldn't keep up. I logged it and even took some video doing 1/4mile 4wd...
