Drilling some holes in a 15" X 15" piece of 6061-T6 tool & jig aluminum. If I had to guess without counting them I'd say it's 772 holes.

Been welding these 2,000 bushings on these holders for the powdercoat place across the street. They have some sort of airplane seat bushing they drop in and only paint the head. This is the last of them (about 800).

Turned the aluminum plate over and countersunk the holes on the other side. Done.

Cleaned all the burrs off my hitch inserts and carried them & 4 clevises to powdercoat. He's going to burn them off, blast them, prime them and paint them. Told him I want to be able to pick them out of a line up if someone borrows one. We will see what color he chooses.

I vote HOT PINK or CANARY YELLOW. Most people will not want to borrow the pink one, and the yellow one you can spot from 1/4 mile away.

That's nothing. That was for 2 restrooms consisting of 3-toilets, 1-urinal, 2-lavatories, 1-drinking fountain and 2-floor drains. I'll be starting a new project, hopefully in a month, where I'll be doing the same thing but for 6-restrooms.
Just a whole lot of laying pipe.
